Eulalia Ida "Lalie" Corrigan
Peacefully, surrounded by family, at Whisperwood Villa on Sunday, June 17, 2012, of Mrs. Eulalia I. “Lalie” Corrigan (nee Hughes) of Charlottetown, age 90 years.
Beloved wife of the late Herbert J. Corrigan, and dear mother of David Corrigan, Margie (Buck) Watts, Paula (Gerard) Murnaghan, Herbert Jr. (Paula) Corrigan, Ed (Betty) Corrigan, Reta Corrigan, Pat (Juanita) Corrigan, Cathy Corrigan, Elayne (Bob) Kirkwood, Bernie Corrigan (Mike MacDonald), Janet (Lowell) Jones, Joe Corrigan (Sherri Hogan), and Barb (Scott) Lacey. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, sisters Patricia Carr and Sr. Georgina Hughes, CND, and sister-in-law Frances Hughes. She was predeceased by her daughters Deanna and Theresa, and her parents Fred and Annie (nee MacAulay) Hughes.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until Thursday afternoon, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment in St. Eugene’s Cemetery, Covehead.
