Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Monday, June 18, 2012, following a short battle with cancer, Kathleen Coady of Kilbride, age 78 years. Predeceased by husband Albert and parents Thomas and Marjorie Power. Leaving to mourn with loving memories, daughters: Renee Coady (Mexico) and Robbi (Bruce) Gellately (St. John’s); son Andrew (Allison) (Paradise); brothers: Tom (Joan) (St. John’s), Ed (Beth) (Florida), Kevin (Ruth) (Ontario) and Dave (Cindy) (Florida); grandchildren: Amanda (Cliff) Carpenter (Ladner, B.C.), Renee (Luke - deceased) Brundell (Coquitlam, B.C.), Lance Barry (Montreal), Andrew and Shelby Gellately (St. John’s) and a large number of friends and relatives. Special thanks to the nursing staff at 4 South HSC for their kindness and loving care. At her request, Kaye will be cremated and there will be no visitation. The family will have a small mass at a later date. Donations in her memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
