Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital after a lengthy illness on Sunday, June 17th, 2012, Douglas Northcott, aged 86 years. Predeceased by his daughter Charmaine Gail Northcott, parents Andrew and Agnes Northcott, brothers: Frank, Ross, Ned and Robert and one sister Ethel Finney. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Madonna (Walsh); daughter Caroline O’Brien (Rob Osmond); granddaughter Gail Vaughan (Alan); grandson Tim O’Brien (Marie King); great-grandson Noah Vaughan and sister Rose; brother-in-law Jack Walsh (Rita); sisters-in-law: Rita Northcott, Doris Andrews (Paul), Ada Jean Walsh; as well as many other nieces, nephews, relative and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to take place from St. Teresa’s Church, Mundy Pond Road at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 21st, 2012, with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
