It is with great sadness we announce that Robin passed away June 9. After eight years in remission, Robin’s cancer returned, and after a courageous battle, she succumbed peacefully at B.C. Cancer Clinic in Vancouver.
Robin leaves behind her friend Ken, sons Chris (Heather) and Jeff (Sammi) and sister Lynda (Hugh). She will also be greatly missed by the many friends and colleagues she met during her years on the Coast.
Robin was an accomplished computer “geek” and loved to spend time in the gardens, the forest and on sailing adventures.
Special thanks to Dr. Stinson, Dr. Wadge and the caring staff at St. Mary’s Hospital, the home care nurses, as well as Dr. Villa and Dr. Weir and staff at the cancer clinic.
A celebration of Robin’s life will be held at a later date.
