McKEEN, DOREEN - At the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, N.B, on June 20, 2012, Doreen Ruth McKeen of Old Ridge, N.B. Wife of Rev. Eulayce McKeen and daughter of the late Harlow and Margaret (Rounssell) Johnston. Survived by her children, Melody (Roy) Mofford of St. Stephen, N.B., Merridy (Tom) Pelkey of Perth Andover, N.B., Carol Joy McKeen of St. Stephen, N.B.; grandchildren, Jayanna and Brandon Mofford, Cameron and Matthew Pelkey; four brothers, five sisters, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Capital Community Church, 71 Downing Street, Fredericton, N.B. Visiting hours will be held at the Old Ridge Pentecostal Church, Old Ridge, N.B. on Thursday, June 21 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and at the Capital Community Church, Fredericton, N.B. on Friday, June 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Interment at Kingsclear Baptist Cemetery, Kingsclear, N.B.
