July 4, 1933 - June 21, 2012. Passed peacefully away on June 21, at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander, Theresa Marie Cashin (Dempsey), at age 78. Leaving to mourn, with fond and loving memories are children; Trudy (Bill) Broderick, Jim (Kathy), Bill, Philomena (Dwight) Lane, Jerry (Denise), Susan (Kevin) Goulding; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn are sisters: Bridget Kelly, Ellen Swan and Jose Agustino; brother Donald Dempsey, and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Theresa was predeceased by husband William, sisters Monica Howard, Annie Reeves and brother David Dempsey. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 2 p.m. from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Gambo, followed by interment at Gambo RC Cemetery. Service officiated by Father Tom Duffenais and Deacon Mike Timmons. In her memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society, the Gambo R.C.
