It is with great sadness that the family of the late Georgina Hansford Schulstad announce her passing at the Palliative Care Unit of the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday June 23, 2012 at the age of 91 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories children: Karl (Lindsey), Fred (Elaine), Jacquelene (Sheldon), Ingrid (Jim), grandchildren: Todd, Erin (Robert), Zoë, Drew, great grandchildren: Matthew, Andrea, Noah, sisters: Helen and Dallas, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by husband, Rocky, Brothers Douglas, Harry and Jim. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home 167 Country Road on Tuesday June 26, 2012 from 10 A.M. to noon. A private family funeral service will take place from the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday June 26, 2012 at 2 P.M. with Archbishop Stewart Payne officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy no flowers by request, donations may be made to the Bay of Islands Food Bank Network.
