Passed peacefully away at the Veterans’ Pavilion on Monday, June 25th, 2012, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by his wife Marge (Walsh); his parents William and Elvina (Chafe); brothers: Willie, Jack and Jim and most recently sister Mary. Left to mourn his children: Pats (Snowden), Diane (Keith), Terry (Colleen), Linda (Peter) and Jack (Yvonne) and his five grandchildren who loved him dearly Heather Grant, Terry Doyle, Bobby and Nicole Collins and Liam Small. Also leaving to mourn many nieces, nephews too numerous to mention. Special thanks to Kelly’s Personal Care Home for their wonderful care, especially over the past two years and the staff at 4 East, St. Clare’s. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Tuesday from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, June 28th, 2012 from St. Kevin’s Church at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Kevin’s Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
