Vic McEwen of Moose Jaw passed away peacefully with family by his side on June 27, 2012 at the age of 71 years. Vic was born and raised in Moose Jaw. In 1959 Vic married Beryle and together they raised five children. He was a caretaker for Moose Jaw Housing Authority for 12 years. Vic retired in 2000. He enjoyed gardening and carpentry work. Predeceased by his parents Ken and Anna McEwen, brother Doug, sisters Eileen and Joan; Vic will be sadly missed by his wife Beryle; children Wes (Lance), Rod (Lilly), Cindy (Ed), Brenda (Mark), and Charlotte (Robin); grandchildren Christa, Jeremiah, Chance, Ariel, and Tyler; brothers Ken, Cliff and Bob; and sisters Dorothy and Karen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. At Vic’s request, no funeral service will be held.
