COLWELL, DAVID EDGAR - David E. Colwell of Saint John (Martinon), NB passed away on June 28, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born on July 27, 1938 at Saint John, NB. David was predeceased by his parents Edgar and Ruth (Scott) Colwell. David was employed for 38 ½ years at Sears Canada retiring as warehouse manager. David enjoyed many hobbies in his life, and especially loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Florence J. (Blair), his daughter Roxanna (Kenneth) Boudreau of Oromocto Lake; grandchildren, David (Amanda) Boudreau; Nicole (Derek) McTaggart both of Grand Bay Westfield; great-grandchildren Keisha Boudreau, Brandon (Allison) McTaggart and Devon McTaggart; brothers Wayne (Margie) Colwell of Saint John and Gary (Lynn) Colwell of Grand Bay Westfield; niece Natalie (Colwell) Hovey; nephews Timothy and Stephen Colwell; several cousins; sisters-in-law Dena (Greg) Camp of Nashwaak Village, NB., Doris (Allan) Lustig of Waterville, NB; brother-in-law George (Jeannette) Blair of Saint John and many nieces and nephews in the Blair family.
A Celebration of David’s life will be held at Grand Bay Baptist Church, 77 Woolastook Drive, on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. The family will receive visitors from 1 p.m. until service time.
