Jenny Bilay (nee Kostiuk) passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012 in Prince Albert, SK. She was born on September 26, 1939 in Red Deer Hill, SK. Jenny loved cooking for family and friends, sharing recipes, working in her garden and spending time with her grandchildren. She leaves us a life of happy memories and laughter. Jenny is survived by her husband of 49 years, Mike Bilay; her daughter Karen Young (Bilay); her grandchildren Heather and David; her sister Nellie Helewka; her brothers Orest Kostiuk and John Kostiuk as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Dmetro and Mary Kostiuk; her brothers Fred Kostiuk and Joe Kostiuk. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 3 from River Park Memorial Chapel.
