Elizabeth (Wallace) Miller, 85, formerly of Marshalltown, Digby County, passed away on April 4, 2012, at Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro, N.S. She is survived by six children: Craig (Truro, N.S.); Frank (Windsor, Ont.), David (Yellowknife, NWT), Anne Muggah (North Sydney, N.S.), Allan (Guelph, Ont.) and Paul (Windsor, Ont.); 14 grandchildren: Jesse (Casey), Erin, Sandy, Katie, Jonathan, Daniel, Angus, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Layne, Chrissie, Robyn, Cameron and Gavin; and two great-grandchildren: Moses Casey and Finley Clarke.
Elizabeth came to Marshalltown 10 years ago when she purchased an old rural house and took it on as a renovation project. She was an avid antique collector and enjoyed auction sales immensely. She attended St. Mary’s Bay Baptist Church and developed many close friendships in Digby County. A Memorial Service will be held in St. Mary’s Bay Baptist Church, Sunday, July 22 at 1 pm.
