At the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, of Ellen Elsie MacKay of Beach Point, age 65 years.
Beloved wife of Laurie MacKay. Dear daughter of Ruth (nee Beck) and the late Gordon MacKay. Loving mother of Kevin (Melissa). Cherished grandmother of Menita Janet and Kaylee Mary Ellen. Also survived by brothers Wallace (Sandra), Louis (Josie); aunts, June Casserly and Vera Taweel; along with several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son, Laurie Gordon MacKay.
Resting at Ferguson-Logan Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Murray Harbour Cemetery.
Visitation: Thursday 7-9 p.m. only.
