John (Jack) Leon Cook
The death occurred peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Friday, July 6, 2012, of Jack Cook, age 82 years.
Beloved husband of Louise for 52 years. Loving father of Stephen, Camilla, Matthew and Nancy. Grandfather of Michael, Paul and Melissa and great-grandfather of Lucy Marie.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Monday, July 9, 2012, 6-9 p.m. Funeral to take place at a later date in Kingston, Ontario.
