Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Elizabeth was in her 78th year. She was predeceased by her mother Alexandria and her father Henry Mesher. Elizabeth leaves to mourn her step-mother Verna Eastman; sisters: Ina (Chesley -deceased) Pardy, Ivy (Allen) McCutcheon, Rosetta (Don) Holwell, Molly (Gareth) Cleghorn and brother Howard (Barbara) Mesher. Elizabeth also leaves a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and then on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
