Elmer Joseph Mulligan
Peacefully at Prince County Hospital on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, of Elmer Joseph Mulligan of Emerald, aged 74 years.
Elmer was born April 11, 1938, son of late Louis and Patricia (Murphy) Mulligan of Newton. Survived by his children Patricia Cole (Ewen), Grahams Road; Ron (Lynn), Lexington, SC; Preston, Halifax, N.S.; and their mother Mary Mulligan. Elmer is also survived by brothers Gene (Bonnie) Jupiter, FL, and John (Julie) Drayton Valley, AB; and his much-loved grandchildren Claya, Ellen and Paxton Cole, Caroline and Elizabeth Mulligan and William and Jack Mulligan.
Elmer is predeceased by his sisters Adelaide Lambe, Mary Bradley and brother-in-law Nyall Lambe.
Resting at Lawless Funeral Home, Kinkora. Visitation on Sunday, July 15, 2012, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Monday, July 16, 2012, at St. Malachy’s Church, Kinkora, for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in church cemetery.
Donations in Elmer’s memory may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Elementary School Playground.
