Michelle Susan Bowman Taken Too Soon On February 18, 1970, a beautiful and determined child was born in Calgary, Alberta. From that day forward, Michelle's light shone on everyone she met. Her love surrounded her three most precious accomplishments, her children - Roman, 19, Melissa, 17 and Jenna, 14. Her passions in life were as diverse as a flair for fashion, appreciation for art in flowers and aviation mechanics. On July 7, 2008, Michelle's giving spirit was released following a short illness. Her children and close family members were at her side. Michelle will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her mother, Jocelyn, stepfather, Ken, sister, Polly (Donovan) and brother, Tyler. She also leaves aunt Susan (Greg) and uncle Pete (Pat), along with grandma, Ruth. She will be missed by nephews, Jake and Ben and cousin Sean (Lisa). Michelle was predeceased by her father Cecil, grandfather, Jack, paternal grandparents and cousin, Jamie. Sent from God's hands, Straight from heaven, A beautiful ray of light. A celebration of Michelle's life will be held Pleasant Valley Funeral Home, 4303 Pleasant Valley Road, Vernon, B.C. on July 14, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt appreciation for the loving care so willingly given to Michelle at Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops, B.C.
