Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Saturday, July 14, 2012, surrounded by her loving family, Barbara Pink of Mount Pearl, aged 73 years. Predeceased by her parents: Rossley and Mildred Jeans; grandson Christopher Pink. Leaving to mourn her husband Claude of 51 years; her daughters: Charmaine (Wally) and Claudia (Gerry) and son John; brother William (Margaret); special grandson Gerry; also a large number of other family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of 4 West and CCU at St. Clare’s who cared for her in a very friendly and professional manner. Their kindness after her passing will not be forgotten by her family. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 7-9 p.m. Sunday, and then from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
