PAUL, BONNIE MARIE - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bonnie Marie Paul, born September 12, 1961. Bonnie passed away unexpectedly at her home on St. Mary’s First Nation on July 18, 2012. Bonnie is survived by her daughter Amber Elizabeth Dawn Flowers (Justin); her mother Nancy Paul (Price); one sister Paulette Paul (Glendon); three brothers Floyd (Mary), Rick (Chris) and Leroy (Sherry) all of Fredericton. She leaves behind nephews Dustin, Cyril, Colby, Mitchell, Matt and Devon; nieces Emilee-Ann, Kailey, Lynzie and Lexie and special friend Trent Norrad. Bonnie was predeceased by her most loved grandparents Vida and Vincent Price; her uncles Vinnie Price and Howard Paul; cousins Heather Paul-Poutanen and Janet Price. Bonnie was a caring, loving person who felt a fierce protection for her family. She was good at beading and any craft she decided to do. She had a great love for the Miramichi and spent as much time as she could on the water, either fishing, canoeing or tubing. Her daughter and nieces will have fond memories of the times they spent with Bonnie tubing the river.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, where visitation will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 2 to 4 PM followed by a memorial service with Rev. Monte Peters officiating. No flowers by request, donations can be made to the Mental Health Association or Canadian Diabetes.
