Leaving to mourn are sons: William (Anita) Newman, James (Eileen) Newman; daughter Elizabeth (Stanley) Ferguson; fifteen grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; fifteen step-great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren; eighteen step-great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great-grandchild; nieces and nephews; and a large circle of family and friends. Lucy was predeceased by parents James and Emma Cobb; husbands: James Newman and Victor Rowe; daughters: Phoebe Newman, Lorraine Decker, step-daughters: Ruby Holmes, Audrey Holmes, Marie Budden; grandson Shaun Newman, step-grandson Wesley Holmes.
