Passed peacefully away at G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday August 8, 2012 Barnett E. Humby of Musgravetown in his 94th year.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his eight children Emma (Andrew), Maxwell (Verna), Donald (Brenda), Major Ruth, William (Shirley), James (Colleen), Bernard (Joan) and Melvin (Linda); 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren plus a large circle of other family and friends.

Pre-deceased by his wife Flossie, baby son, step sister Daisy and step brother Harold.

Funeral service was officiated by Majors Ed and Luanne Barrow from Islandview Salvation Army Citadel Musgravetown on Sunday August 12, 2012 with interment following at the Old Salvation Army Cemetery, Musgravetown.
