Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family on Aug. 22, 2012 at the Health Sciences Centre, Jessie Seymour (nee Elliott), age 79 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Bertram Seymour, April 2010. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her son Paul (Susan); daughter Gail: grandsons: Chris and Alex Seymour; brother Reuben (Amelia) Elliott, William (Elizabeth) Elliott; sisters: Phoebe Ollerhead, Alice Penney, Bessie (George) Cole and Naomi Colbourne; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law Charlotte Seymour, Freda Mercer, Maxine Seymour and Mary (Jack) Mercer. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of nieces, nephews, family & friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012 and Friday, August 24, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Craigmillar Avenue.
