Noreen Mary Dicks
Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 of Mrs. Noreen M. Dicks (nee Cheverie) of Charlottetown, age 80 years.
Beloved wife of the late Harold H. Dicks and dear mother of John (Barrie) Cheverie, Mary Dicks, Earl (Kathy) Dicks, Darlene Godkin, Nelson Dicks, Carl Dicks and foster daughter Hilda Burke (Kevin MacKinnon). She is also survived by her sisters, Marlene Churchill, Helen Cheverie, Gloria Cheverie, Betty Cheverie; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Shirley Cheverie, Bernie Cheverie; infant sister, Lois Cheverie; niece, Tracey Marshall; nephews, Bobby and Wally Glover.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
