Josie Hickox
The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family and friend, Agnes, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, August 30, 2012, of Josie Hickox, of Summerside, aged 86 years.
Born in Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Francis "Frank" and Marjorie (Newman) Watts. Survived by her children, Donnie (Claudette), Donna "Maggie" Bonnell, Kevin, Gordon, Gary "Louie" (Brenda), Allan (Cheryl), Myrna, Vicki, Cheryl (Alan) Gray; daughter-in-law, Sharon Hutchins; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Randy (Rosie) Watts, Norma Waye, George (Betty) Watts, Clayton (Eileen) Watts, Della Schrader, Sheldon (Marlene) Watts, Stanley (Rachel) Watts, Wilfred (Faye) Watts; sisters-in-law, Isabel Watts and Edna (Harmon) Black; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband, Lloyd Hickox; son, Wayne; grandsons, Ryan, Allan and Joel; brothers, Ernie (Emma) and Eric (Maria) Watts; sisters-in-law, Hilda (Alfred) Stead and Evelyn (Claude) Younker; brothers-in-law, Doug Waye and Herman Schrader.
Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. Interment in the Central Queens United Church Cemetery.
Visiting hours Monday from 6-9 p.m.
