Passed peacefully away at Saint Luke’s Home on Friday, September 7, 2012, surrounded by his loving family, Wallace Roberts Noel, aged 90 years. Long time Mason and Past Master of Saint John’s Lodge since 1949 and Knight Commander of the Temple in Canada, Sovereign Great Priory of Canada. Predeceased by his wife Clarice (nee Samson); and his brothers: Ralph, Harold and Frank. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughters: Beatrice Noel (Roger MacDonald), Margaret Whitten (Randy), Andrea Bennett (Barry); sons: Richard (Joy) and John (Karen); grandchildren: Michael Honnor (Catherine O’Toole), Adam Noel, Amy Noel, Holly Bennett, Vanessa Noel and Samantha Noel; great-grandson Jacob Honnor; sister-in-law Hettie Noel; also a number of nieces, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Sunday from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Monday from 2 - 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held from The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
