Passed away suddenly at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on September 13, 2012, Eric Wicks, formerly of Wesleyville, aged 87 years. Leaving to mourn his wife Vivian (nee Flight); daughters: Janice Wicks and Bernice Diamond; son Glen; grandsons: Shawn Wicks, Mark Diamond and Jamal Tracey; sisters-in-law: Muriel Wicks, Pam Young, Doreen Flight, Allison Thistle and Dulcie Flight; as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., on Sunday, September 16, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., with a private family interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
