LYNCH, VERONICA MARY – The family of Veronica Lynch announces with great sadness her passing on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in Kitchener, ON. Veronica Lynch (nee Brown) age 94 years of Saint John West, New Brunswick, was a daughter of the late Everett and Martharise Brown (nee Doucette). Predeceased by her husband, Francis (2005), son, Brian (2006), sister, Bernice Arcudi and brothers, George, Arthur, Charles and Leonard. Leaving to mourn is brother, William of Montreal; son, James (Bridget) of Truro, NS; daughter, Jo-Ann (Kuldip) Malhotra of Waterloo, ON; daughter-in-law, Barbara of Winnipeg, MB. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren, Jason (Tonya) Lynch, Jillian (James) Bujold, Jennifer (David) Mann, Jana Malhotra, Mark Malhotra, Neil (Claire) Malhotra, Christopher Lynch and Michael (Chrystal) Lynch; seven great-grandchildren, Ella, Grace, Jack, Oliver, Luke, Bode and Nash, all of whom held a special place in her heart, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, good friends and neighbours.
Veronica was a life long member of Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Saint John West. Despite her age she had a zest for life and lived it to the fullest. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Resting at Brenans Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Rd, Saint John (634-7425) with visiting on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 12:00 noon from Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, 360 Dufferin Row, Saint John West, NB, Msgr. Brian Sheehan will preside. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to any charity of the donor’s choice.
