WEAVER, PEARL AMANDA - On September 13th, 2012, Pearl Amanda Weaver of Coal Creek, passed away peacefully at the Oromocto Public Hospital at the age of 92. Born in Nelson Hollow, near Doaktown on December 29th, 1919. Pearl is survived by her children, Ida Smith, John (Judy) Weaver, Ruth (Glen) Wright, Fred Weaver, Wade Weaver and Mark Weaver; 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Moses Weaver, her son, Leonard Weaver, Mother Genevieve Storey, grandparents, Agnes and Edward Storey and grandson Bradley Slocum.
Resting at Chipman Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (339-6612) where family will receive visitors on Sunday, September 16th, 2012 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral service will be held from the Chipman Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17th, 2012, with the Rev. Andrew Ardern officiating. Interment will be in the Weaver Cemetery, Coal Creek. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
