Edith Mountford

Edith passed away at Mont St. Joseph Nursing Home on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. She was born on April 2, 1913 in the Prince Albert District. Edith is survived by her children Robert Mountford of Prince Albert, SK, William (Shirley) Mountford of Candle Lake, SK, Dennis (Lynda) Mountford of Prince Albert, SK and Luela (Garry) Jensen of Saskatoon, SK and seven grandchildren and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Leonard “Bob” Mountford; parents John and Marion Dennis; brother John Charles Dennis of Oakville, ON; two sisters Margaret (Alex) Cherney of Hamilton, ON and Katherine (Steve) Beres of Prince Albert, SK; grandson Todd Mountford and granddaughter Keri-Lyn Robins. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Celebrant Val Bodnaryk.
