In loving memory of a dear husband and father who passed away October 12, 2011.
When links of love are broken,
And loved ones have to part,
It leaves a wound that never heals
And an ever aching heart.
When the family gets together,
There's one we do not see,
It fills our hearts with sadness,
Thinking how it used to be.
We talked about the old times
And though we smile the same,
It hurts deep inside us,
When someone speaks your name.
So all we have are memories
From which we'll never part.
