Tom passed away in Chilliwack, BC on Friday September 28, 2012 at the age of 81. At Tom's request, a private family service will be held. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to the Chilliwack Hospice Society, 45360 Hodgins Avenue, Chilliwack, BC V2P 1P5. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, Drew Gray, Funeral Director.
