The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, October 13, 2012 of Linda Chaisson, of Summerside, aged 59 years. Born in Alberton, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Rita (Doucette) Broderick. Survived by her husband Ronald “Ronnie” Chaisson; son Scott Chaisson; grandchildren Christopher Chaisson, Ryan Chaisson and Mitchell Perry; daughter-in-law Carol Walfield, Summerside and her children Tanner, Cameron and Paige Walfield; daughter-in-law Angela Boyle, St. Eleanors and her children Marissa Boyle and Cole Richards; brother Harry Broderick, Kensington; sisters Barbara (James) Phillips, Miscouche; and Muriel Marryatt, Kensington. Predeceased by her son Christopher “Chris” Chaisson; grandson Ashton Chaisson; half-brother Clifford Doucette; and by a brother-in-law Bruce Marryatt. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Tuesday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 1:30 p.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside.
