Wolfe, Ruth Elinor passed away peacefully at the K. E. Spencer Memorial home on Wednesday October 17, 2012, at the age of 92.
Born in Hopewell, N.S. on May 8, 1920 she was the daughter of the late Basil and Freida (McClary) Walters. Ruth is survived by her children; Lorna (James), Gregory (Wendy) and, Dale (Crystal), grandchildren Darcie, James, Ryan, Tyler, Vanessa, Tanner and Connor and great- grandchildren Eric, Isabelle, Leslie, and Cole. In addition to her parents Ruth was predeceased by her husband Eric Lorne and her brother Cyril Walters.
A memorial service celebrating Ruth’s life will be held at The Steeve’s Memorial United Church on Saturday, October 20 at 2:30 pm. Food and memories will be shared after the funeral service.
A private family interment will be held at a later date. As your expression of sympathy memorial donations to The Canadian Diabetes Association or The River Hebert Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
