At the Prince Edward Home, on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, of Constance “Connie” Melvina Betts (nee Currie), of Nine Mile Creek, age 93 years.
Beloved mother of Charles (Dorothy) and Beverly (Terry Myers). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Kathy, Karen, Tanya, Jim and Julie and by her great-grandchildren. Sister of Norma MacDonald (Arnold) and Florrie Klimes (Joe). Sister-in-law of Rollie Muloin, Ruth Devlin (Bill, deceased), Ruby Betts (John, deceased) and Irma Betts (Harold, deceased). Predeceased by her husband, James; son, Jim; sister, Jean Muloin; brother, Spurgeon Currie (Mary); and by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Margaret Taylor (Lee), Catherine Gilmore (Bill), Charles Betts and Ewen Betts.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment in Argyle Shore Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, 6 to 9 p.m.
