Passed peacefully away at home on October 22nd, 2012, Evelyn Wakely, age 92 years. Leaving to mourn her two daughters: Brenda Girard (Jacky) in France and Ruth Morgane Chollet with whom she lived. Also leaving to mourn her five grandchildren: Stephane, Nathalie and Andre Girard, and Sarah and Jeremy Chollet, and great-grand-children Quentin and Eline, as well as her only surviving sibling in a family of nine children — her brother Wilfred Miller (Wilhelmina) and a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by husbands Cecil Morgan (1970) and Gerald Wakely (1994). Cremation has taken place at Carnell’s Funeral Home. Following her wishes no visitation or funeral service will take place.
