The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 of Leonard Brian Rice of Fortune Bridge. Age 65.
Lovingly remembered by son, Darryl (Rosemary) and daughter, Shelley. Loving Papa of Amanda and Ethan and godfather of Tyler (Andrea). Survived by brother, E.J. (Betty); sisters, Charlena Conway, Virginia (Neil) Garlick and Jean (Terry) Carter. Predeceased by parents, Angus and Mary (Farrell) Rice; sister, Gertrude (Leslie) Croucher.
Resting at St. George's Roman Catholic Church, St. George's for visitation on Friday, November 2, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral to be held from the church on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 10:30a.m. No flowers by personal request.
In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted to St. George's Cemetery or Canadian Cancer Society.
Interment in St. George's Cemetery.
