It is with great sadness that the family of the late Theresa Keeping announce her passing at her residence on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the age of 90 years. She was predeceased by her husband Clyde Keeping on July 7, 1986 and her three sisters, Annie, Roberta and Margaret, also by her seven brothers, Aloysius, Leo, Roddie, Ronnie, Stan, Bernie and Ray. She will be sadly missed by her children: Simon of Calgary, Calvin (wife Bernadette) of Edmonton, Andy of Fort McMurray and Tony (wife Sindee) of Toronto, her four daughters: Madonna (husband John) of St. John’s, Marina Hynes of Port au Port, Carlotta Benoit of Toronto, Sandra Burroughs of Calgary. Her brother, Reg (wife Helen), sisters, Priscilla White of Cold Brook, Hilda MacQuarrie (husband Joe) and Isabelle (husband Gordon) Rose of Stephenville, 21 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a large circle of relatives and friends. Visitation took place on Saturday, October 27th and Sunday, October 28th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service took place on Monday, October 29th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville with Interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
