SISCO, Murray Lindsay – 74, of Yarmouth, passed away November 7, 2012, at his home in Yarmouth. Born October 4, 1938 in Yarmouth, he was a son of the late George and Mary (Deveau) Sisco. Murray was employed with Superior Dairy, Yarmouth Ferry Terminal and Munroe’s Furniture. He was a well known local baseball player. He is survived by daughters, Shelley Sisco, Tusket; Kelly Sisco, Leamington, Ont.; sons, Ricky Sisco, Sackville, N.B.; Robbie Sisco, Yarmouth; brothers, Wally and Ralph Sisco, both of Yarmouth; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Yarmouth. There was no visitation by family request. Memorial service was held Monday, November 12 at 2 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. A.D. “Bill” Newell officiated. Interment followed in Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery.
