Of Angus, ON, passed away peacefully, at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie, ON, on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of late Edith Tait. Loving father of John (Karen), Tom, Don, Flo (Ken), Carolyn (Bill), Terry, Cathy (Jim). Cherished grandfather of Dorothy (Lyle), Jennifer (Pete), Nikk (Jen), Lindsay, Scott, Michael (Mina), Tyler, Zachary, Lucas (Katrina), Alex, Jake. Fondly remembered by his great-grandchildren Allan and Linkin. Predeceased by his brother Eric. Jack will be sadly missed by his many relatives and friends.
