Roger Ernest John Williams, aged 82 years, passed away at Hospice in Kamloops on Friday November 9, 2012.

Roger was predeceased by his wife Joan, infant daughter Diane, and sister Linda Wilkins.

Roger was employed at Finning Tractor for 42 years, working in Vernon, Kamloops and Vancouver. His great interests were maritime, aviation and family history.

Roger is survived by his daughters Jan (Jim) Pedersson of Kamloops, Bev (Gary Fournier) of Williams Lake, his grandchildren Brianne (Taras), Kirsten, Brita and Braden, and his brother Michael of Calgary.

Roger enjoyed the friendship and support of his neighbours, everywhere he lived. In honour of Roger's incredible heart and love of his neighbours we encourage you to have your neighbours over to your house for coffee or happy hour to pay his kindness forward.
