The Foster family sadly announce that their loving and gracious mother, Barbara Foster, aged 82 years, passed away at St. Luke’s Home on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Predeceased by her husband Clarence Foster, 2000. Leaving to mourn her daughter: Betty Thistle (Brian); sons: Ted (Joy), David (D’Ann), and Bob; grandchildren: Doug (Robyn), Geoff (Janice) and Robert Thistle; Andrew (Jill) Foster, Ashley (Chris) Gray, Amanda (Rob) Smith, Krista (Matt) Wright and Lesley (Rich) Wright; Ryan and Stephen Foster; sister-in-law: Audrey Foster; brother-in-law: Earl (Vera) Foster; also a large circle of great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. from 7:00 -9:00 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15 and 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 from Bethesda Pentecostal Church, MacDonald Dr. Interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke’s Home for the wonderful care and love shown to our mother during her time there.
