Mildred ‘Millie’ Olson, passed away November 22, 2012 at the Pasqua Hospital, Regina, SK after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her parents James and Josephine Hewitt; husband Gordon; sisters Helen Mitchell and Alice Livingstone; brothers Lawrence, Donald and Bobby: Millie is survived by her children: Douglas (Ehm) Olson of Fort McMurray, AB, Karen Olson (Craig) of Regina, SK; grandchildren: Chrissy Searle (Jared) of Edmonton, AB, Tanner Olson of Edmonton, AB; sister-in-law Beatrice Hewitt of Mossbank, SK; brothers-in-law Norman Olson of Assiniboia, SK and Jim Mitchell of Moose Jaw, SK, and several step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Millie’s life will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM in Ross Funeral Chapel, Assiniboia, SK. Interment to follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
