At his home in North Wiltshire on Sunday, November 25, 2012 of Joseph “Bud” McKinnon, age 75 years.
Beloved husband of Kay (McMahon). Loving father of Denise (Michael) Biernat, Carl, Cindy (Kevin) Warner, Ron (Nancy Trainor), Jenn (Gerry) McCarron and Sue (Charles) Washington.
Proud grampie to Jeremy and Josh McKinnon, Alex McCarron, Lacey, Maggie and Molly Warner, Karley and Riley McKinnon and Dominique and Rachel Washington. Lovingly remembered by his step-children Blair Dorsey, Susan (Bud) Perry, Michele Dorsey (Allan Cheverie), Inge Dorsey (Rob Kelley), Pat Dorsey (Cindy Harris) and by his step-grandchildren Luke and
Marshall Dorsey, Ben, Matt and Alex Perry, Gabe and Maria Sanderson, Amy Cheverie, Kate and Neil Kelley and Alice, Clara and Ruby Dorsey. Brother of Jerry Sanphy (Judy). Bud will also be dearly missed by Mary (Terry) Reilly, Emma Dalton, Marion Gilbert, Eileen Smith, Edna(Neil) MacDonald, Marion Smith, Sr. Bernice Smith, and Phyllis(Ed) McQuaid.
Predeceased by his first wife Catherine (nee Smith); by his infant daughter Mary Colleen; by his mother Susan McKinnon Sanphy; by his special parents Basil and Janie Morrison; and by his brother Basil Morrison Jr.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Thursday at 9:15, then to St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Emyvale for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
Visitation on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Anne’s Parish Cemetery.
