It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of wife, mother, sister and friend Melissa Boisclair.

Predeceased by her beloved father Edward Boisclair.

Melissa is survived by her husband Doug Tippett and two daughters, Sabrina Tippett and Chianna Tippett; her mother Iva Bagley and brothers and sisters Colette (Brady) Conroy, Monette (Tom) Powell, Stacie Boisclair (Ray Gutsche), Duane (Janine) Boisclair, Kevin Boisclair, Darren (Nicole) Boisclair and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Marilyn (Carl) Jacobi, father-in-law Keith Tippett, brothers- and sisters-in-law Ken (Marry) Jacobi, Billy (Trudi) Jacobi, Caroline (Jim) Pollick, Lorna (Garth) Woods, Shannon Jacobi, Terry (Paula) Jacobi and many nieces and nephews.

Melissa was born in Kamloops, B.C., where she attended school in Westsyde, and lived with her husband Doug and their two beautiful daughters, Sabrina and Chianna, who were the light of her life.

She loved to celebrate each of the Seasons' holidays and planned loving celebrations for each and every one. Summer vacations were spent camping, boating and fishing where her love of nature, animals, and the wilderness were shared with her family.

Her laughter, engaging smile, and music were always in abundance at family gatherings.

she was one of the best."

A Memorial Service will be held at Summit Baptist Church, 1975 Summit Drive at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 1st, 2012. Interment will be at the Hillside Cemetery, 750 Notre Dame Drive, with a reception to follow at 602 Bissette Road.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to either the Kamloops SPCA or BC Wildlife Park.
