Shirley (Levesque) passed away on Monday, December 3, 2012 at the age of 75 years. She was predeceased by her husband Donnie; parents Art and Lois; sister Cathie and brother Gerald. Shirley is survived by her children Jackie (Doug) Kuntz, Donna (Steve), Brian, Todd (Tammy) Smith; grandchildren Billie (Curtis), Brandon (Sara), David, Josh and Kyle; great grandchildren Jayden, Ryviera, Jayden and Rylen; godson Jordon; siblings June, Ronnie, Marvin (Jan), Larry, Bob, Carol Ann, Louise, Doug, Ernie and Twink.
