At her home in Hamilton, Ontario, on Thursday, November 29, 2012 of Terri Dawn Condon, formerly of Appin Road, age 35 years.
Beloved daughter of Alfred and Carol (Connors) Condon and loving mother of Kayla and Alias. Dear sister of Tara (Darren Turple), T.J. (Leslie) and Tasha. Sadly missed by Kope Nastos and her many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Tracy.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until 9:30 on Friday morning, then transferred to St. Joseph's Church, Kelly's Cross, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the Appin Road Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday 4 to 7 p.m.
