Passed peacefully away at the Caribou Memorial Veterans Pavilion on December 25, 2012, Wallace Tizzard aged 88 years. Leaving to mourn, his loving wife of 67 years, Violet (nee Aldred); daughters: Mary (John), Colleen (Wayne); sons: Gordon (Wilhelmina), John (Olive); sister, Elsie; grandchildren: Peter, Keith, Joanne, Kaitlyn, Marilyn, Susan, Gordon; 11 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. As per Wallace’s request, cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Wallace’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
