Passed away suddenly on December 27, 2012 at his home in Admiral’s Cove, Cape Broyle, Fredrick Lawrence Harvey (the Midnight Rider), age 62 years. He is predeceased by his parents Fred and Mary Harvey, his aunt Mary Harvey (Nan), and special mother-in-law, Anne Rose Reddy. He leaves to mourn with many fond and loving memories, son Glen (Julie); daughter Vanessa (Ian Scott-Kerr, Victoria B.C.) and their mother Linda; precious and darling granddaughter Annabelle Scott-Kerr; sisters: Selena Delahunty (Richard), Regina O’Brien (Eugene (deceased)), very supportive sister Lidwina Harvey, and brother Ronnie (Sheilagh); special niece and godchild Sheila, many other nieces and nephews that endeared themselves to him, as well as many friends, especially his trucking friends on the Trans Labrador Highway, and his faithful canine buddy, Bandit. Resting at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Saturday, December 29th from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday, December 30th from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to take place from Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Cape Broyle on Monday, December 31st at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Cape R.C. Cemetery, Cape Broyle. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
