1932-2013. Passed away suddenly on January 2, 2013, age 80 years, of Ferryland. Predeceased by her husband Jack (2005), son Leo (2007), parents Patrick and Mary Jane Ryan, brothers Cecil, Paul, Leo and sister, Sr. Noberta, sister-in-law Margie and brother-in-law Alfred Maher. Leaving to mourn her daughters: Assumpta (Eddie Clowe), Lillian (Gerald Kennedy), Rosie (Scott Benedict – deceased), Karen (Derek Hawco), Brenda (David), Jackie, Tish (Jason Devine); son Kevin (Rose Clowe) and daughter-in-law Louise; sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; brothers: Philip (Maureen), Paddy (Catherine); sisters: Bride, Mary (Eldon); home support workers: Ronnie Wheaton, Christopher Maher and Joyda Maher. Also extended family members of the Ryan, Harvey and Antle families, and friends. Resting at Fahey’s Funeral Home on Thursday, 7-9 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 -1:00 p.m. followed by Mass of a Christian burial at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Church in Ferryland. Interment at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
