Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Centre on January 14, 2013, Stanley (Stan) Prowse, age 82 years. Predeceased by his parents, William and Henrietta; two brothers: Dudley and Earle; two sisters: Irene and Vera. Leaving to mourn his devoted wife of 56 years, Stella (Rowe); his son: Rob and his children Sam and Dayle along with their mother Andrea; and his son Rick (wife Linda) and their son Michael and his girlfriend Danielle. At Stan’s request, cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stan’s memory may be made to the Dr. H.
